Role: Senior System Designer, Researcher :
• Collaboratively generate and synthesize initial hypothesis to generate a concept prototype to be shared during design research.
• Plan and conduct evaluative and generative inquiries through Design Research sessions held in 2 facilities to
test persona hypotheses, user flow hypotheses, unmet user goals, needs, and overall business benefits.
• Apply design research findings to establish refined objectives and design principles for the Interactive Prototype.
• Create and deliver Interactive Prototype
